U-Tec will match your commitment to saving. We match 25% of what you save, up to a point of you saving 4% of your pay. This means if you contribute 4% of your pay toward 401k, you will receive 1% of your pay in matching dollars. The matching is funded after the end of the year.
The plan offers both traditional pre-tax saving as well as Roth. The matching contribution applies equally to pre-tax or Roth.

In an effort to increase U-TEC Construction Performance and reliability management has created an Operational Performance Review Committee (OPRC) This committee is made up of Three G/F and Two Mangers with one rolling off every year.
